The property's open-plan design seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, capitalizing on its 30m beach frontage with amenities such as a courtyard lawn, children's playground, beachfront dining area, communal world-class gym, and three distinct swimming pool sections – the main pool, a small children's pool, and a sunken pool complete with its own bar and pull-down projector!
A highlight of Baan Kilee is its expansive dining room, featuring a long wooden table accommodating up to 24 guests, complemented by two swing beds ideal for aperitifs or digestifs. For a unique dining experience, guests can enjoy meals outdoors by the beach, beneath the coconut trees, and under the stars. Additionally, Baan Kilee offers a wellness menu and an array of activities including yoga, meditation, and PT classes to ensure guests maintain their well-being. Baan Kilee is part of the Chai Talay estate, which consists of three exclusive beachfront villas that are popular for weddings, corporate retreats and retreats.
Standard Capacity: 18 guests including children on existing bedding. (8 Bedrooms: 1 with king bed and 2 single beds in an adjacent air conditioned "kids" room (with room for a third) in Master Suite; 1 with king bed and 1 single bed + trundle bed in a side area, separated from master room with privacy curtains in Beachside Suite; 1 with king bed and 1 day bed in Garden Suite; 1 with king/twin bed on the lower level and twin/king beds on the upper level in the 2 Mezzanine Suites; 1 with King bed or up to 6 single beds in Lily Pond Suite. (Note: No safety deposit box in this room.)
Bedrooms: Guests in the Beachside Suite can access the Garden Suite via the adjoining garden, with an interconnecting and lockable door for children's safety purposes. It is ideal for big families with younger children. As for Mezzanine Suites, the upstairs mezzanine is accessed through the downstairs bathroom. It is full height with air conditioning, and ideal for children over 8 years old, young adults, singles or friends - those who are familiar and comfortable with ladders and climbing. At the mezzanines, there’s a trap door to stop the kids from falling down. Should guests prefer not to use the mezzanines, the guests/kids can sleep downstairs where mattresses (from the mezzanines) can be set up on the floor.
